Essentials

The Essentials are the most interesting prepared group of ingredients you will ever see.  Each adds it's own flavor, texture and balance to your cooking so you can create the healthiest most delicious easy-to-prepare meals in minutes, and help take the dull and boring out of everyday cooking.

Avocado Butter

It's the most versatile of the Essentials.  It can be used as dip, a replacement for butter, sour cream and mayonnaise.  You can also make a simple avocado sauce for chicken and fish, and avocado dressing for salads.

Chili Spice Rub

My go-to-spice, I use this on everything, any meat or fish.  If you like spicy foods, you will love this!

Toasted Coconut Flakes

I use Coconut Flakes to give texture and flavor to certain dishes.  It's also a wonderful compliment in shakes and smoothies.

BBQ House Rub

It can be used as an everyday spice to add a essence of boldness and richness.  I also use it for blackening meats and fish.

Caramelized Onions

Brings a flavor of a sweet buttery accent to every dish.  For those of you who do not like raw onions, you may want to try it.

Oven Dried Tomatoes

Once you taste the distinct flavor of Oven Dried Tomatoes, I guarantee you will want to put it in every dish you make.

Fish Spice

A blend of subtle spices with coriander and ginger, will give the perfect balance to any fish or seafood.  With this spice, a little bit goes a long way.

Pesto

It great to have pesto around when I've run out of everything.  I always find the pesto in the back of the fridge on top of last week dinner behind something I should've thrown out two weeks ago.

Coffee Rub

It has a rich smoky flavor which gives you a wonderful accent when used on steaks and chili.

Roasted Chile Peppers

It didn't take me long to realize when you roast a chile pepper it gets hotter.  But if used properly it's wonderful heat can balance any dish with the perfect punch.

Gluten Free Tortillas

These are great if your in hurry, or on the go.  A quick heat up and filling of your choice makes this quick, healthy and fulfilling.

Spiced Nuts

Spiced nuts are no doubt great for snacking.  Also, I also use it for texture, sometimes I want a little crunch whether in rice or salad.  It's super easy to make and it pays off great dividends.

Coconut Syrup

The unique flavor of this essential is unmatched.  I use it to add sweetness without adding sugar..  Try it in your coffee, it may surprise you!
Picture

Balsamic Glaze

This glaze is sweet and tangy, it's great for meats and salads, and can also be used as a base for a marinade.
Picture

Crusted Rub

This is great for chicken and fish, with the right amount of seasoning of your choice brings life to dull, boring chicken breasts.

Flavored Oils

If you want to add flavor to a dish, the first thing you need is a favored oil.  Why spend twenty dollars on flavored oil in the store when you already have the ingredients in your pantry or refrigerator?... Exactly.

Chips & Salsa

Chips and Salsa are a great anytime snack.  However, when I'm feeling spicy or sweet, a spicy salsa for chicken or a sweet salsa for salmon usually does the trick.

Roasted Corn

I love Roasted Corn.  It gives the perfect flavor and texture for every dish I prepare.  Sometimes I sprinkle a little Chile Spice on top of Roasted Corn on the cob for a little kick.
